Formuler Z12 Pro Setup Guide – Quick Start Instructions
Setting up your Formuler Z12 Pro is straightforward. This guide covers the essential steps from connecting the device to configuring your network, checking for software updates and getting started with MYTVOnline4.
Before You Start
Make sure you have your Formuler Z12 Pro, compatible power adapter, HDMI cable, GTV-BT1 remote and batteries ready.
You will also need a compatible television or display and an internet connection.
Step 1 – Connect the Z12 Pro to Your TV
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output on your Z12 Pro and the other end to an available HDMI input on your television.
Select the corresponding HDMI input using your TV remote.
Step 2 – Connect to Your Network
Using Wi-Fi
Open the network settings on your Z12 Pro, select your compatible Wi-Fi network and enter the network password when requested.
Using Gigabit Ethernet
For a wired connection, connect a compatible Ethernet cable between your router or network equipment and the Gigabit LAN port on the Z12 Pro.
Step 3 – Connect the Power Adapter
Connect the supplied compatible power adapter to the Z12 Pro and then connect it to an appropriate power source.
The device should begin its startup process.
Step 4 – Complete the Initial Setup
Follow the instructions displayed on your television to complete the initial device configuration.

Only use legitimate services and subscription credentials that you are authorized to access.
Step 7 – Create MYTVOnline4 Profiles
MYTVOnline4 supports up to four individual profiles.
Profiles can help different members of a household maintain separate viewing history and personalized experiences.
Step 8 – Select Your MYTVOnline4 Startup Screen
MYTVOnline4 can be configured to start in your preferred section, including:
- Home
- Live TV
- VOD
- Series
Step 9 – Configure Display Settings
Review the display settings and choose settings appropriate for your television.
The Z12 Pro supports output resolutions up to 4K, but your television, HDMI connection and content must also support the selected resolution and HDR capabilities.
Step 10 – Connect Additional Storage
The Z12 Pro provides a MicroSD slot, USB 3.0 port and USB 2.0 port for compatible accessories and storage devices.
Z12 Pro Setup Troubleshooting
No Picture on the TV
Confirm that the television is using the correct HDMI input and check that the HDMI cable is securely connected.
No Internet Connection
Check your network connection and restart your compatible network equipment if necessary.
Software Update Not Available
Confirm that the device has an active internet connection and check the Software Update application again.
