- All orders under $49 will ship for only $9.95! This shipping option is applicable for all orders in Canada shipped via standard delivery, with tracking information and email notifications. However, one can also opt for the Express shipping by paying the fee.Shipping is not waived for free promotional items.
- We process your orders as soon as we receive the payment. Once processed, the estimated delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the shipping destination.

- We process your orders as soon as we receive the payment. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
- Please note that orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.
- Our warehouse is located in Scarborough, Toronto. Depending on where you are located as well as the item availability, this will determine the time it will take for your order to be delivered.

Pickup Arrangements- We are located at Markham & McNicoll, an estimated drive of less than 5 minutes from Highway 401 & 407 and 10 minutes from 404.
- For all pick ups, it is mandatory to pay at the store only.
- Ontario sales tax 13%HST will be applied on all pick up items.
