The following is the Agreement that governs your usage of our web sites to make online purchases. By using the Website, creating an Account, or making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please be aware that this Agreement may be changed from time to time to reflect changes in technology and relevant law.

Product descriptions

We and any other parties participating in the maintenance of this website reserve the right to make changes to the products mentioned on this website, as well as to other website material, at any time and without notice.

We make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions on our website. There may, however, be inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or misinterpretations. As inaccuracies or typographical mistakes are discovered, we retain the right to correct them.

All representations on this page are purely illustrative. Due to variations in picture inks, computer displays, and printer ink, the real product's colors may vary somewhat from those shown.

Product Prices

The prices of items, shipping, and other costs listed on this website are accurate at the time of publication, but are subject to change without notice. You should always verify the pricing of a product before placing an order. The price indicated for items on this website is the entire price of the product, excluding tax, but does not include postage/delivery charges in some situations.

Your Account

To make a purchase from us, it is encouraged but not needed that you create an account on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse to enable the creation of an account, to terminate accounts, and to remove or alter material if an account is not maintained in compliance with these terms and conditions.

It is your duty to supply accurate and up-to-date email address, delivery address, billing address, and telephone number. Any inaccuracies in the information you supply may result in a delay or erroneous delivery of your purchased product.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account information (including your password) and for any activities that occur while your membership is active. Your password and account information are saved on a secure server for future orders and warranty claims processing. The information is used solely to complete your orders, for statistical purposes to help us improve our website and its services, and to alert you via our newsletters about special offers or new goods. Please refer to our website's Privacy Statement. We do not save credit card information.

Security

We shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard the website and the systems under our control that are utilized to access and use it. However, due to the internet's nature, it is occasionally unstable and a challenging medium to safeguard. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or the security of any information transmitted via such systems.

Shipping

Your purchase will be processed the same business day if money clears into our account prior to the 11 a.m. cutoff time. After this time period, your purchase will be processed the next business day.

While we will make every effort to guarantee prompt and secure delivery, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless the item is insured. If difficulties do occur, please contact us and we will do everything possible to rectify them.

At our discretion, we use Canpar, DHL, Purolator, UPS, FEDEX. If no one is present, a card will be left notifying the recipient of the item's location at the nearest post office or depot. Once your item has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information for your parcel.

The delivery times shown are simply approximations. The actual delivery time is determined by the shipment location, the shipper's processing capacity, and other unforeseen variables such as natural disasters, accidents, and so on. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays caused by couriers.

We are unable to grant 'Authority to Leave' for valuable packages.

We ship orders internationally using UPS, DHL, FEDEX. Kindly contact us to obtain a postal quote and an estimate of the transit time to your country.

All customs, import tariffs, brokerage fees, and taxes are the responsibility of international consumers. They are not included in the item price or delivery costs specified.

All goods are China-made and, when appropriate, come with China-compliant power plugs; other plugs will not be included. Before purchase, please verify that the voltage is suitable with your country or contact us to confirm.

We provide free delivery for orders costing above $99.99. Cost of shipping for anything under $99.99 is $19.99. No free delivery for any locations. For further information, please review the product page's exclusions and estimated delivery date.

Payment

We accept Email Transfer and PayPal.

All payments made through credit cards and debit cards come to us through PayPal. All information provided needs to match your credit card. If not, we will not process the order and issue a refund right away following an email to the customer informing them of the mismatched information.

Payment must be paid within five business days of the order's completion. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact us immediately; otherwise, your order will be deleted from our records.

We have the right to seek more information in order to authenticate credit card payments.

Local pickups are not accepted via PayPal. Bank transfer is accepted before pickup, or cash is accepted at the time of collection.

All refunds made using PayPal in the following circumstances will incur a 4% non-refundable transaction charge.

• change of mind
• incorrect purchase
• product swap
• Order cancellations as a consequence of a variety of factors, including but not limited to an invalid/incorrect delivery address.

Warranty

To initiate a warranty, claim for a device that has manufacturing flaws, you must first contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA) form. Once accepted, you must return the damaged goods in its original packaging with its original contents, together with proof of purchase and the return authorization form, to the supplied address. Without a RA number, returned products will be refused.

You are responsible for the expense of returning the item. You must ensure that the items are carefully wrapped in appropriate packing for safe transportation in order to avoid damage during transit. Inadequate packing will invalidate the guarantee if any damage occurs during transport. Returns must be traceable and electronically trackable during transportation and delivery.

You will not be charged for components or labor in connection with the repair. If the damaged item is unable to be fixed and a replacement is not available, a full refund will be sent to the payment method used to make the purchase.

You are responsible for examining the merchandise immediately upon receipt from Formuler. If items are delivered defective or damaged, photographic documentation of the damage must be obtained and submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery. Certain carriers will deny claims for transit damage after this time period.

This warranty excludes the following:

• Accessories does not covered under warranty.
• Harm to products or parts caused by accident, mishandling, neglect, misuse, improper installation, use, operation or inability to follow instructions contained in the handbook for the operation and use of the item, water, fire, electricity surges, spikes or overloads, rodents or other animals.
• Damage to items or components caused by poor installation that does not follow the installation instructions included with the product or component.
• Damage to products or components caused by repair or attempted repair by someone who is not an authorised repairer of Formuler or the product's or part's manufacturer.
• Any items or components that have had their serial numbers removed, altered, or defaced.
• Speakers and subwoofers with blown, blackened, or charred voice coils, or other damage caused by electrical surges, spikes, or overloads.
• Formuler will not replace products or parts that are discovered not to be defective or that the reported fault cannot be reproduced. In this situation, Formuler maintains the right to impose an assessment fee in addition to the cost of returning the product or part to you.
• Replacement of components required owing to regular wear and tear.
• The expenses of removing and returning items or components to Formuler or an authorised repairer/service center, including packing and freight charges, as well as the costs of reinstalling the product upon return.
• The repairing time for the unit with issues is usually 2-3 weeks.

 

Our goods come with assurances that cannot be exempted under any consumer protection laws. For a material failure, you are entitled to a refund or exchange, as well as reimbursement for any additional reasonably anticipated loss or harm. Additionally, you are entitled to have the items fixed or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the defect does not constitute a serious defect.
