We appreciate you waiting. For models in the Formula Z-series, a new software update is currently accessible.


In addition to adding new functionality, this version also fixes a number of previously reported problems. The most recent information on the upgrade is provided in these release notes, so read them carefully for further details.


A live cloud timeshift on compatible services is one potent new feature. When you wish to start watching a live event where it is now happening, you can use cloud timeshift. For instance, you can now watch a live football game with a kickoff whistle even if you are 15 minutes late. This is possible thanks to cloud timeshifting.




We advise customers to download and install this update so they can benefit from greater features and more reliable device functionality.


Using the built-in update app, you can get OTA software updates directly from your smartphone.

Fixes and Upgrades


  • FIX: Full-screen playback is the default setting for the System Video Player.
  • Added capability to leave your Google Account
  • - Go to Settings > Accounts > ActionMenu > Remove account on Android.
  • - Needs mouse cursor mode
  • FIX: The YouTube TV app isn't functioning on some models
  • If requested to upgrade YouTube TV, select "Later."

New Components


  • ADD: Live Cloud Timeshift on services that are supported
  • When channel information is displayed on a live channel, click the lt (prev.) button on the remote to launch Cloud Timeshift.
  • ADD: Block undesirable channel groupings
  • Use the Live > Groups > red hotkey to access the group editor.
  • Add sorting for VOD/series. Sort by recently added.
  • Single Channel EPG for XC API portals, please add.
  • Include the name of the current event in the channel history list.

Fixes and Upgrades


  • FIX: After connecting to specific portals, the app briefly crashes.
  • Fix: A problem with HTTP redirection prevents connections to specific portals
  • When conducting a VOD search on XC API portals, the app breaks.
  • FIX: XC API portals that display "Video cannot be played" errors
  • A black screen issue has been fixed on some XC API sites.
  • Correction: Per-channel audio track preference was not saved
  • Fix: When switching between portals, EPG Mode preference is not stored
  • Correction: If the event name is the same, recordings are overwritten.
